Description
The Peridot Parade has served seafood dishes to the people of Madrenice for several generations, owned by the Peridot family line. The oldest member of the family, Ines Peridot, with her connections to the mermaid fishers, reconstructed the building so that it could accommodate mermaid patrons, being the first of its time that could serve mermaids along with humans and fae in a comfortable environment. The restaurant is adorned with ocean-themed art and decorations with inspirations from mermaid culture. There is a constant smell of seawater due to the opening in the floor that allows mermaids to swim up into the restaurant. The building is built in two sections, one for just land people, the other that acts as basically a sea pool for people sit in the water with mermaids and enjoy the food together. It is located within the trade section of the Starfish Seaport, so it is often patronized by workers on the port.
